A world divided
You can spend an evening hunting, fishing, making equipment or exploring. As you travel further from town, you’ll find better opportunities—and more chances to run into other players.
Aresden and Elvine are rival towns in a persistent world changed by the Rift. You can make progress close to home. The rarer finds and bigger events give you reasons to head out with friends, or take your chances alone.

Resources beyond town
Make equipment, potions and supplies for yourself, your friends or the players buying and selling in town.
Player economy

Meet people in your town, contribute to its projects and join world events or Crusades when you feel ready.
Community and town conflictBeyond the fight
Try a build, follow a quest that catches your eye or help your town research something new.
From the devlog
Players made 583 characters, completed 1,462 quests and gave us a much clearer view of what works—and what needs attention.

Build your character
Your stats, equipment and talents determine what you can do. You don’t pick a fixed class at the start.
You might focus on swords, bows or elemental magic, or put together a hybrid build. As you learn what works, you can change how you approach the next fight.
